Businesses located in counties covered by FEMA Emergency Declaration DR-4683-CA have had their Federal Tax Filing date extended from April 15th, 2023 to October 15th, 2023. For assistance with the IRS Tax Filing Extension, contact: (800) 562-5227.

The California Department of Cannabis Control offers regulatory relief for cannabis-based businesses as a form of disaster relief. In order to be eligible, there must be a State of Emergency proclaimed by the Governor or a
